  • Yes, healthcare providers and their clinic staff receive the results report via the provider portal, as the results are available
  • Results have a turnaround time of approximately two weeks. A link will be texted to you when the results report is ready
  • Please contact your ordering healthcare provider
  • Follow your healthcare provider's instructions to remain up to date with guideline-recommended screening programs

  • A negative Shield test result does not guarantee absence of colorectal cancer or advanced adenoma
  • Patients with a negative result should continue participating in colorectal cancer screening programs, at the appropriate guideline recommended intervals
